Warranty
Three Months product warranty from the date of our invoice. Special Two Years' warranty on Motor only from the date of our invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Any issues arising due to mishandling and / or incorrect use of the product are not covered under warranty. The cost of shipping and replacement charges will be paid by the customer in such a case.
Warranty on all our products is effected on a carry-in basis.
Our logistics partners can pick-up the product from your doorstep and deliver it back after servicing at special rates.
If you have lost the original box, do let us know. Our courier agency will arrange another one.

How to use SitWalker FRX 100

Connect the adaptor and plug it into a standard wall outlet (220 VAC) for charging the battery of SitWalker FRX 100.

Sit comfortably on a chair and put your feet on the footrest while ensuring that your thighs are fully supported.

Switch on the large red ON/OFF switch to start the SitWalker FRX 100.
