Warranty
Sushrut Designs Pvt. Ltd. Warrants that this product is free from any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three months from the date of invoice to the first buyer.
Warranty Inclusions
The three month warranty covers the repairs or replacements of faulty parts for manufacturing defects such as electronics and one year’s replacement warranty on the motor at the option of the manufacturer.
The absolute maximum claim agreed under this warranty is limited to full replacement of the product or repair or refurbishment at the option of the manufacturer, ex-works or nearest outlet, on a carry-in basis. All costs of logistics are to the customer’s account. Any issues arising due to mishandling and / or incorrect use of the product are not covered under warranty. The cost of shipping and replacement charges will be paid by the customer in all cases.
Three Months product warranty from the date of our invoice. Special Two Years' warranty on Motor only from the date of our invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty on all our products is effected on a carry-in basis. Our logistics partners can pick-up the product from your doorstep and deliver it back after servicing at special rates.
If you have lost the original box, do let us know. Our courier agency will arrange another one.

How to use SitWalker FRX 130

Connect the adaptor and plug it into a standard wall outlet (220 VAC) for charging the battery of SitWalker FRX 130.

Sit comfortably on a chair and put your feet on the footrest while ensuring that your thighs are fully supported.

Switch on the large red ON/OFF switch to start the SitWalker FRX 130.

To change the Mode, Switch off, flip the round black switch and re-start the product.
