Production Engineer – Assembly & Dispatch (Healthcare Products)

We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, durable, and meaningful products that improve users’ quality of life. You’ll work closely with our founders, engineers, and users to take concepts from sketches to functional prototypes to production-ready designs.
Understand user needs through research, interviews, and field visits
Translate insights into product concepts, sketches, CAD models, and mockupsDesign for manufacturability using sheet metal, plastics, electronics enclosures, etc.
Work with production teams to fine-tune prototypes for scaling
Ensure that aesthetics, usability, and ergonomics align with user expectations
Maintain documentation, drawings, and iteration logs
Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)
Experience designing for real-world constraints: cost, material, safety
Understanding of mechanical assemblies and user-centric thinking
Experience in medical or wellness devices, or Arduino prototyping would be beneficial.

Conduct diagnosis and repair of minor electrical/mechanical issues (e.g., lights, fans, small appliances)

Improve and document assembly and dispatch processes for efficiency and accuracy
